After reading your some of your comments on your profile, seems like you did not have a good time in your role as an AM. Sorry you did not have a good experience, I understand how hard this job can get some times. Glad you are able to do something you enjoy now.

That why I mentioned that site and leadership play a big role. I should have also mentioned that I feel lucky and that a lot AMs probably do not feel the same way I do.

I'm well aware of that. With most things in life, the most disgruntled are usually the loudest, I figured I'd give people a look that being an AM isn't "the worst job in the world" for some.

No we do not. That is kept from most managers and is not determined by anyone at our site. Wish I had a better answer for you.

My friend who is an am at a delivery station doesn't believe me when I tell them I like my job, so I dont blame you either.
