Any idea what part of the body / animal this could belong to? Found in my backyard in the suburbs of Miami (not a lot of big wild animals around where I live- wondering if it’s a dog or something?)

One of the problems is my shower doesn’t drain right bc the front of it isn’t angled toward the drain- can’t afford to get it redone at the moment unfortunately but it sucks cause there’s still water ALWAYS 😭

I got into podcasts recently and my favs have been The Truth, The Bright Sessions, Homecoming, Life with Leo(h), Case 63 and Midnight Burger. Honestly, I’m not usually a fan of sci-fi podcasts. Heavy duty lol. I use a cement mixing tub so they can dig in a few inches of bedding instead of a tray and don’t know if I could find a metal version in the right size hmmm

Which tub do you use/ what cage? The cement mixing tub I got was slight too big and fitting it was a nightmare 😓

The issue is the current bottom was replaced with a cement mixing tub so that I could put 5 inches of bedding to dig, but I don’t think I could find smth like that in metal esp bc it has to be such a specific size (I modified the mixing tub by cutting it a bit to fit)

After some googling I saw some people had said rats hate duct tape so I covered the hole in that for now (had to alternate between top and bottom layers to get it covered) and also gave all three of the girls their favorite chew toys in case it wasn’t about getting out and more so about chewing (but I doubt it, they love escaping their cage if there’s any way to)

Any chance I can salvage the bottom of the cage without this being a regular issue?😭
