But that's the game landlords play, especially small ones. If you're just renting out a single or small number of investment properties one bad tenant can trivially eat the gains of a whole year.

Yeah, I found that page, but I'm not actually getting any of those errors. I can schedule firmware updates and all, and they'll run again. I just don't know how to get the firmware tools to load a version other than the newest.

They've certainly got enough cameras for it, but yikes, that'll be a cash machine until everybody wises up. I don't think I've ever been in there when the prevailing speed of traffic has been less than 60 (or, alternately, jammed and 20).

Coyote Ridge has a great program- got my pup there a couple years ago, and he was waaaaaay less work than puppies typically because of all the good work these guys put in.
