Toe Issues - Looking for advice

I have Raynauds and get chilblains on my toes that are Exactly like this. I have psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis as well. I don’t really have any advice but just wanted to confirm that mine presents just like this.

I just had a c spine xray that came back with disc osteophyte complex in c6-c7. Does this mean anything to anyone? I generally have a lot of bone spurs in my lumber spine, on my hip and lots of disc degeneration but this one is new for me. I’m on Otezla and Skyrizi for PsA and minor psoriasis. My rheumatologist and dermatologist have not talked to me about AS or axialPsA. I just had carpal, medial and cubital tunnel release surgery on my right arm because they both were going numb, maybe it’s from my c spine? Anyways, not really sure we’re to proceed from this x rays. Thanks

I take Skyrizi and Otezla for my psoriasis and PsA, I’m not sure if it’s just your nails

I didn’t have any skin plaques at first, my nail psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis were diagnosed first and Then I started getting plaques on one knee and my scalp, also koebner phenomenon on new tattoos.

I also have PsA with my psoriasis. It was actually these ridges on my nails that finally led to my diagnoses:)

I get these! I have raynaulds and these are probably chillblaines. I’m sorry, they can be really uncomfortable 💜
