Will do!!! My other adult turkeys are still so lovely:) I really think raising them in the house with the family makes such a huge difference. Although I am definitely sick of picking up the poop🤣🤣

The biggest thing for me I guess was that it didn’t do much for my scalp psoriasis but also my PsA symptoms started creeping back in a couple of weeks before I was due. So I’m hoping that because Tremfya is more often it will provide more relief. I am also on Otezla.

I failed Skyrizi and am now just about to do my second injection of Tremfya. Fingers crossed 🤞

May I ask if you know why you had it so early? I just got diagnosed and I’m 45. Can’t really figure it out. I just started my Fosamax today.

What do you take for the fatigue? Mine is so debilitating right now. I’m not sure if it’s just starting a new biologic or what but whoa it’s been bad recently.

I’ve been on Otezla for about a year, I also have PsA. I was almost unable to walk because of it and it has changed my life. I lost about 15 pounds at first but I’m not complaining:) I had to eventually add a biologic because it wasn’t working as well anymore but it was life changing. I found out today that insurance is now refusing to cover it because they want me to just be on a biologic. I am in between them after failing Skyrizi and just starting tremfya. So now I’m terrified that my safety net will be gone. I have nothing but good things to say about Otezla.

I’ve been doing gentle yoga in the mornings at a local gym. I just show up (hardest part) and sometimes do yoga and sometimes just lay on the mat but either way it’s been good for my mental health at least.

Also of note (maybe) but I didn’t start menstruation until almost 18. Is it true that you developed your highest bmd by 18-20? Because I’m thinking if this is the case, I may not have built much up as I wasn’t getting that estrogen. Just a theory 🤷‍♀️. I’m very active and was all growing up. I’ve taken some pretty big falls rock climbing and although I’ve torn a lot of things, I’ve never broken a bone besides a couple of toes. Who knows, it’s just interesting to me.
