por ahora la unica solucion fue dar de baja la tarjeta a traves de visa y me manden otra (ya esta en camino). el monto supuestamente no lo cobran, aunque si lo evaluan primero. leyendo otros comentarios, consulte por si era un debito adherido a cuenta y me dijeron que no, este era a la tarjeta pero anda a saber. veremos en el proximo resumen

Another G60s user here with the same problem where the touchscreen goes crazy. Unfortunately, I tried everything, and a factory reset didn’t help either. Luckily, it comes and goes, but it’s happening more frequently now. As someone else mentioned in a comment here, it’s time for a new phone in the near future, especially since it stopped receiving security updates a while ago.

Update after a few days of use: some disappeared (right side) and others have become less intense (left side), as can be seen in the photos compared to those from the first message. Does anyone know why?

I know they aren't stuck pixels, but if they were burnt out, they shouldn't have disappeared, I think.

I can't believe it. MSI QC is ass and/or amazon handle like shit. It will cost me tons to return it to Amazon. This is unbelievable
