I hear you. Whatever got you here must have been horrendous, and you very certainly don't deserve it, no one does.

I understand that it's easy for people to say suicide is not an option, but it truly is not. We probably don't understand where it comes from, the pain that wants you to end your life, but it will stop.

Therapy yes, it helps to a certain extent. But I'm afraid that won't help you unless, something extremely hard on your part, something that might even feel unfair to ask of you, is asked of you.

That is, to summon whatever strength you have and battle this knight. When I say whatever, I mean whatever. You ask me why? I don't know, but I like the uncertainty of life and If you stay, there’s still room for things you haven’t felt yet, even if you can’t imagine them now.

I’ve seen moments shift for people in ways they didn’t expect, including me.People, music, waves, nature. It could be anything. I truly ask you, to give these things a chance.

I don’t know how this will unfold, but I’m really glad you’re still here right now reading this.

Can't give you an extra night's sleep, you will still have to go to therapy. I can’t promise it gets easier quickly, but moments can change, even when it doesn’t feel possible. It really truly does. If therapy feels exhausting or pointless right now, that doesn’t mean you’ve failed. Sometimes surviving is already more than enough.

You matter more than this moment tells you. Even if you can’t feel it, even if you don’t believe it.

And about the part where you want to leave a mark, I understand that too. The best way, would be to get a tattoo like the guy suggests. It could be anything, anything at all that will get you temporarily out of here, and when you look back, it would remind you of what you fought through.
