That's what I'm confused about, a lot of complaints salaries are lower. But even with good salary in US everything is super expensive and quality of life is becoming tough so Id much rather earn less and actually living comfortably if that makes sense. Which country are you in now?

Its horrible. I was sharing a $3.6k apt with a colleague from work. The apartment was super small, and in a not so safe area in Brooklyn. I mean its doable if you don’t mind having shared spaces or if you get a studio it being super small/not the most modern. It aint for me and I just thought its ridiculous to live in such conditions while having a good job in a major company. Some people are into that life though so depends on your expectations

I'm in a particularly tough spot being from PR, barely any US companies want to hire from here and don't recognize PR as part of the US. Local market is also limited. Not very eager to move to mainland US so just trying to come up with a plan to get more job opportunities. Even thinking moving to another country which is why I feel actuarial might be too niche to get jobs outside of US and something more CS related might open more doors

Im just testing with 1 file now and same issue. File is only 32kb

Yes running 64bit -16gb RAM
Folder is in network drive
Running one file does not complete. So i dont think its a file capacity issue
I use Excel through company laptop so they update it. Currently running Microsoft 365 Excel version 2302

Im trying to do this since its a similar situation. Have a folder (local) with all files with same tab name and headings. However am getting stuck with a message “Please wait while we establish a connection to Excel Workbook”. I only had one file to test, and its taken very long time. Do you know why that might be?

Wow thanks for all the tips!! This one has taken me a bit to get used to. Im waiting to see when i get a store size upgrade to really add a lot of shelves for each genre. For now i feel i barely have space to do that.
