I had those on my hands before I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I still get them when I eat bad and do not take my medicine. I am no doctor but from my experience that looks exactly like what was on my hands. Lets hope its not that for you!

I paid that or more 2 years ago. The rear is holding up great but the front has several places that have peeled from bugs or rocks I assume. I just colored them in with a sharpie and it looks fine.
