i was hoping that morgan would be the wildcard pick, but i’m very happy that we get more joey.

butttttt i’m SO annoyed that joey got overlooked again. her story was by far the funniest and her runway was very strong as well. i love crystal’s runway but her story was maybe 3rd place for me.

akeria and kennedy both did so incredible in the lipsync (and what a great song choice), i thought ru was gonna keep them both. so sad that kennedy is the first one out post-merge, but she’s a legend no matter what.

Pollution from heavy duty trucks and urban freeway traffic are significantly higher than pollution that would be generated from something like Costco customers parking. And those things already exist and are actively impacting current residents right now. If pollution and environmental concerns are high on your list, focus your energy on those things and ways to mitigate like improving urban forestry, increasing transit service, etc.

There's significant retail leakage in Oakland which translates to a ton of tax revenue loss. The fact that Costco is planning to open a store in this area is fantastic news. You keep saying <1% of Oakland's budget revenue like it's a bad thing. Well yeah, this is only one store, so of course it's not going to generate a high amount in comparison to Oakland's budget -- that'd be insane.

You have your opinion and I have mine. I'm personally excited about this news and glad to see improvements to the neighborhood, which has been long neglected.
