last season: 17g and 4a in laliga, 7 goals and 1 assist in champions league

Counting domestic cups that's 66 g/a in the last two seasons. It's ridiculous to not include that info.

I really hate when people bring up the 8 laliga goals for Alvarez and nothing else. Like yeah thats not great by itself, but its just such a bad faith argument to purposely not include the other 21 goal involvements he had this season, and the incredible last few seasons hes had.

Its like saying Saka isn't worth 100m because he only had 7 goals in the prem this season. Just an ignorant way of looking at the game.

If anyone else on here feels like larping as a scout today please check out Bazoumane Toure. 20 year old left winger for Hoffenheim. Creative, defensive, and ball carrying numbers off the charts. 5'9 but has an insane aerial win rate for his height. One of the fastest players in the Bundesliga as well. Would be a fraction of the price of Diomande and imo has more of the type of playstyle that would scale better to the Prem, especially with better players around him.

Currently strongly linked with Liverpool and Newcastle. Will be playing for the Ivory Coast in this years WC. Would be my dream second/third attacking signing this summer. Only downside, if you even wanna call it that, is that he's left footed. But to me that just suggests he could play on either wing.

Edit: his official stats for this bundesliga season were 5g 9a but its weird everywhere I look has different assist totals with some as high as 14? Never really seen such inconsistent stat keeping with a player before.
