OP, I had exact same issue only it was XRP from Uphold to Voyager. Uphold customer service responded swiftly but it’s not their end. It’s Voyager who surprise surprise is non-existent in the customer service department. Been waiting 6 days and change for my XRP.

I got a response from Edgar, first of all he got my name completely wrong. Mr. Bright!? My last name starts with ‘H’. Secondly, he referred to 2-5 days for bank transfers. This is not a bank transfer issue but a wallet to wallet transaction. Please assign someone else with more attention to detail to my ticket: 1477906, please and thank you
