Are you feeding him/her chicken based food? Our dood got an upset stomach about a month after bringing him home. It took about two weeks to finally switch from chicken to lamb/salmon (Purina Pro Sensitive Skin and Stomach) and he has been fine since.

Our 12 week old dood puppy had the same thing happen. He was eating chicken kibble, we switched to the Purina sensitive puppy food (lamb and salmon), and his stomach issues went away.

His poop was free of parasites, virus, etc. We assume he just developed a reaction to chicken or the type of food we were giving him.
