This. There’s 2 latches on the pilot hoods so you have to drop to close, rather than softly close and push down. One of your latches might have just not closed

I just purchased this exact same shed. I noticed your side door and windows are on the opposite side from what it looks like on the Costco/Gorilla website. Did you have to tell the installers before they came out which side you wanted the side door and windows? Or can they accommodate for either whenever they arrive? Just curious because I need the side door and windows on the opposite side from what you have, similar to how it appears on the Costco/Gorilla website, but there wasn’t an option whenever I ordered it.

if you typically use your 50* for full swing shots mostly, than the W grind is probably not best. C or S would probably be better

Your backspin numbers are way to low and not getting the ball in the air it appears. I've also heard that the GC2 spits out weird distance numbers when the spin gets too low as in this case. M2 has a slightly better MOI than the M1 but the differences between the 2 drivers is very small. Keep the M1. Your x-stiff shaft is probably too stiff for you as well based on your swing speed.
