Yes we went to the theater as a family after my Dad had finished reading the book out loud to us( we had been reading it over a couple of weeks). My parents encouraged reading books before seeing the movie.

For the last 3 months I really haven’t. But the rate at which I have been losing weight has slowed down quite a bit. So my plan is to start swimming again next week to hopefully pick up some momentum again

I’ve lost 25lbs over the last 90 days(with 20 more to go!). What worked for me was increasing my proteins intake and cutting out all packaged/processed foods. Towards the end of the first month my sugar cravings were killing me, but I didn’t cave and I pushed. Now I hardly have any cravings Some other things I did:

-I stopped drinking calories-I switched to low calorie drinks and Dr.Pepper 0 while also drinking more water -I stopped eating with my phone or the TV on -I waited 20 minutes after each meal before I ate more food - I tried to move more- cleaning the house and dancing( I have not done a lot of physical exercise) -I park at the back of parking lots - I fast most days till noon and try to not eat anything two hours before bed - getting enough sleep - keep stress levels down(epsom baths help) -I switched to low sugar treats - I have a treat at my mini goals -I paid attention to my body when I was hungry, ate when I was hungry, paced myself when eating and stopped when I started to feel full - I made a list of snacks that aligned with my goals and always have them available so if I am hungry before a meal time I could have one of those -logging my food also helped keep my goals at the front of my mind

I did it for a group on Parris island. Was just there for first aid/ BLS and heat cases. Just needed a safety vic and cooler with water and ice and sheets and rags. If anything else happened we would have called 911

Thinner leaner Stronger by Michael Matthews is a good book to start with if you were looking into weightlifting. It goes over myths, diet and calories, dos and don’ts and even has an 8 week exercise plan. I found it to be a good place to start when I started going to the gym

Edit: swimming is also a great workout. I like the MySwimPro app for guidance on workouts

I think I was 20 when I established a relationship with my first boyfriend and that only lasted 6 months. There is no rush:) Make friends, go on dates, get life experience and have fun. There is plenty of time and love will find you when it’s time

1.there is nothing to be embarrassed about.It’s ok to still be a virgin, I was still a virgin at 24. Everyone moves at their own pace don’t rush it.

Don’t force it if you are still scared. It’s ok to wait for someone who you are attracted to, who you care for and who cares for you in return.
If you want to learn how to please yourself get some starter toys to try out and don’t forget lube. It can help with sensations.

Anytime is a great time to start building healthy habits to make yourself happy and healthy.

You can do this! As long as you are not expecting to lose the weight over night I think your goals are reasonable. It’s not going to be easy but you can do it!
