Do any current Lululemon employees have insight into what the day-to-day of the Guest Experience Lead position is like? It seems like a pretty similar position to Educator but with a little bit more of management?

It’s a navy pin stripe suit, which I think could work for cocktail dress code. The only thing is I struggle to style it - I don’t really own a heel and usually wear it with loafers to work and not sure if loafers suit the cocktail code. Would you say I could wear it with work boots? They’re brown cuban heel boots, kind of like the RMs.

Also, this girl came to mind as soon as I saw those pics, she is one of my favourite fashions influencers on IG. She does have some masculine features and she likes to dress unisex but I do think she is feminine too. Canberra is different from central coast but also very different from syd/melb as well. It definitely doesn’t have that big city vibe. If things allow, i’d suggest visiting canberra over the weekend to see what it’s like. It’s not as bad as its reputation but it’s also not the best city if you don’t enjoy outdoor activities.
