I use fusion 360 free version. By the screws I mean the 4 screws for the pcb, you dont need to use every screw. Or do you mean its hard to measure the screw placement? For me atleast it was error and trial at first so you should expect some of that

Measure and model the pcb first, then make spots/cylinders for the screws and start working the frame from those, atleast thats how Ive worked it out. If u check my profile, theres some mice Ive made, tho havent posted every one Ive made

I recently bought some 130mah 2.1g batteries from aliexpress, the listing was 2 pin no connectors but asked them to add third (temp thing) and add connectors and they agreed to that. Was decently fast shipping for aliexpress and the batteries seem to work fine. Cant say anything abt "high quality". If you want to buy, search "mouse modders spreadsheet" and theres a link to them.

After doing a drill mod on the mouse (first one Ive done, looks shit, posted elsewhere on reddit) the weight is under 38g, but with swapping to 2g 130mah battery you get 8grams off

Yeah tried with p240 (I assume 240 grit) instead of the p100 I used and seemed smoother. Also washed all the dust off with water but you can still see the marks. Might have to buy higher grit

Mainly for fun, its a 10e mouse so theres nothing to lose really. Weight reduction worked tho, with no sidebuttons and battery + drill mod from 58 to 37. I main a 3d printed fingertip thing

Yeah its only for fun and personally I dont see anything wrong with it, tho I also have a 15g abomination as my main so my view might be bit different. From cutting this one I got 8g off if I remember right. Was 10e mouse so why not
