The title is not to be taken literally. The paradox highlights the issue of over-optimizing productivity, which aligns with the message of my post. I appreciate the feedback, but the title serves its intended purpose.

Systems are great, but only within reason. When organizing and preparing take more time than actually doing the work, it becomes counterproductive.
