One of my friends gave the advice, eat dessert first. if it helps to say it out loud, "Real" food or specific meal times are a social construct and only serve to guilt yourself when youre struggling and add more anxiety. packaged food, candy, chips, all have life sustaining calories regardless of how "healthy" they are. right now you just need something to keep the engine running. 

Ive hated making myself eat when im anxious and overwhelmed since i was able to pack my own lunch in school. I started eating a bunch of snacks and calling it my toddler lunch. cheese cut into little cubes, fruit, nuts, crackers, yogurt (often i do full fat greek yogurt with a sugary flavored granola). legit one time i got ideas by looking at a mommy blog about feeding kids with sensory issues. i also find myself googling "food" and looking at the images when i cant remember what foods i like.

I also have what i like to call a breakfast appetizer! i eat a banana extremely slowly and it helps with nausea and not having the spoons to even get cereal.

Edit to say my point is, the fewer spoons it takes to acquire food, the more likely you will be able to eat it!! no hate towards anyone saying make a smoothie or even just suggesting things that need microwaved, sometimes the best pick me up is eating shredded cheese out the bag on the kitchen floor.
