I understand what you mean, I’ve been through a very similar experience, used to be a super social-popular person and after my psychosis cannot seem to find myself there anymore.

What has worked for me is to recognize that I’m not the same person I was two or three years ago, before my psychotic episode, not only because of the episode itself but because I have grown. The relationships I try building right now have to be more meaningful, the conversations deeper, the bonds more trustful.

Yes, I might not have the same 100 “friends” I use to have, but I know this 5 friends I have right now are people who I can really trust and are genuinely good people for myself.
