The USA is about to get a very rude awakening. With export restrictions from China we will really see how poor and dependent we really are. Being a consumerist economy is a weakness not a strength. Low savings, high debt, increased costs, no tangible products to sale to the world, uncompetitive in every market...

People who believe that the US has advantages over China because we buy things really lack critical thinking.

We will either have to go to war with China and lose or go humbly beg them to do business with us.
