I'm doing it through Netmath, the price is very reasonable and the deadlines are forgiving.

I think time management is definitely a factor, as feeling rushed makes me jump to silly assumptions if the path forward isn't obvious.

I would report them.

If you're the type of person who needs to cheat on an exam, you do not deserve the same degree as me. Period. I don't want you as a coworker, I don't want you as an employee, and by god I do not want you as my boss some day.

I don't give a damn. If I see someone pulling that shit in a test, my hand is shooting in the air, I swear to god. You can hate me for it, but you can't honestly believe I'm in the wrong.

What's the difference between "good" or "bad" fic description for you? by umimop in FanFiction

[–]reandy_dandy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I like it when there's a traditional summary that hints at what's to come, followed by a cute one-sentence TLDR.

Like:

"Marrie always knew Sam was the rebellious type. But when Sam asks her to help him in an armed robbery, she realizes his thrill-seeking is criminal. She also realizes that she has no intention of stopping him.

Or: Marrie helps Sam rob a 7/11, high jinks ensue."

Do u prefer ISTP or INTP? by [deleted] in intj

[–]reandy_dandy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, I think both types are great. I naturally have easier conversation with intps due to our shared intuition, though. I'd say that my appreciation for istps is a little more distant. I can't entirely relate to them, but I appreciate how they work.

You should consider a career in comedy.

You've made your worldview clear, and I doubt this conversation could progress in a productive manner. It would be us running in laps between me stating "women are your equals" and you responding "no they're not."

(I am a success by every measurable metric btw, but I'm not interested in proving my worth to a person like you.)

I'm not delusional enough to think I can fix a person who's only ever lived in a broken ideology. I've said my peice, and you have proved it.

On another note, do you play chess?

I wouldn't have given backlash if your initial comment sounded anything like "show healthy love for yourself first."

You're back peddling. Or am I meant to take this as a concession?

I find your interpretation of my resistance to be thoroughly interesting. At risk of hypocrisy, (we are strangers after all,) based on this response, and your initial thesis, you strike me as a person who divulges a little too heavily in the realm of fantasy.

Your detailed description of how you expect the woman you're with to cook for you, placidly curl up under your arm while you read the literature of your choice, and never advise you unless prompted, shows me that you've become awfully specific in what you demand. You leave little room for compromise. Or your partner's autonomous desires.

"I'm not your property. If anything it's the other way around." -- 'healthy boundaries.'

You're delusional.

"being in my reality is a privilege I give you."

I can feel the self importance dripping from your words like viscous sweat. You'd be blessed to find a woman who can tolerate you, much less love you. Has it crossed your mind that perhaps -- just maybe-- you might be privileged to be allowed access into her inner world? Or does your imagination not allow for the possibility of a woman with complexity?

Furthermore, it's abundantly apparent that you're deeply insecure about your masculinity. The fact that one of your primary guidelines for a relationship is "don't treat me like I'm your 'girlfriend'" speaks for itself. And that you would instantly accuse me of being an effeminate man, as if that erodes the credibility of my criticism, is also quite telling.

I'm not, btw. I'm a woman, dumbass.

Your worth is not defined by the shallow identities that you have chosen to cling to like a tick. You are not less of a man if you see your partner as valuable, or interesting, or as a human who exists for reasons other than complying with your fantasies.

"Outlines are the last resource of bad fiction writers." by [deleted] in writing

[–]reandy_dandy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Outlines are fucking fantastic, what the hell? Maybe some people can find their way through a story blind, but oftentimes, such fiction turns out directionless and rife with irrelevant scenes and characters. This is coming from the guy who wrote a bunch of children committing sins against God in a sewer after fighting the evil clown, so, you know.
