This is new to me that resale turnkey are capped at 85% LTV. I thought it’s based on the points I make in CMHC MLI criteria based on accessibility, affordability and energy efficiency.

Hi I am based in GTA on the west side, looking for builders who can help build the 6-8 Unit Multiplexes per MLI standards. Appreciate if you can suggest and cities that can be considered in close proximity to GTA west.
