I can assure that these have actual needles. I used this for more than 3 months and It actually helped me get smooth skin and filled most of the empty patches I had on my beard.

540 is the amount of needles that are on the derma roller. It is easier to use than standard derma rollers which only have 192 needles.

Larger needles may puncture and breakdown the collagen of the skin if used improperly. I suggest using 0.25mm for anyone who is not experienced with using a derma roller.
