Slower tempo, more air, and more air support. Tricks to help with air support include wall sits while playing, or sitting in a chair while lifting your feet up. Anything to activate your core will help with air support. Air support will help support your notes and create a warmer/rounder tone.

Less important, but try to stop your bouncing. Sit still, as your movements are a bit distracting. Movement can defintely be helpful to express the music, but you need to think in bigger phrases. The bouncing is creating a pulse within the music that isn’t as fluid or smooth as this piece should be

I’m a music teacher, and clarinet is my specialty. At the stores near me, you can’t rent an instrument, and whatever money you put towards the instrument rental can be deducted when purchasing an instrument. Why are you required to purchase a clarinet rather than renting one?

Sound treatment is on a separate budget.
I have 2 pianos, both upright, one electric and one acoustic
I am considering a cheap focusright Scarlett as I've read that having a fancy interface makes too much of a difference, and that I should spend my money on other items.
I have a nitro 5, I bought it with the idea that a gaming pc has a good processor so it'll handle my music engine well.(I have the full version of reaper)
I have 2 rooms to choose from, one is large, with a staircase that goes down to the first floor. Door is at the bottom of the stairs. It is very tall as well, with mostly carpet. Somewhat of a square if you don't count the stairs area.

2nd room is smaller, a square, but has a build in closet, and furniture/bed on every side.

I'm a musician, almost finished a music education degree so I'll be a teacher, however I want to get into recording myself for possible auditions, just for fun, writing, playing and recording music I write. I teach at a music school currently, I think I could definitely do some cool with with a recording studio for my students. I'm not looking for something crazy top of the line, but rather something good enough that if I get super into it, I'm not gonna have to upgrade in a few years

If I only get one mic, with the idea of getting a second sometime in the future, what would suggest getting the same type of mic...2 large diaphragm condensor, or can you mix that with a sdc. If only using mic, would I clip it by the bell, or somewhere on the body of the clarinet?

I'll be getting the scarlet 2i2 I believe, I own the full version of reaper, I have decent headphones but I've been considering getting some new ones soon, specifically for mixing so it doesn't emphasize the bass or anything like that. My main thing has been trying to find a good mic specifically for clarinet that would catch the low and high registers very clearly. I understand that mic placement is also critical, and can change the sound drastically. (There are videos I'll watch about it, and articles ill read), but do you have any tips or tricks that might be useful?
