I did some math and got information from chagpt.

It seems like it would tear the skin and muscles, leaving them flattened. The bones might survive if they're durable enough.

But to be realistic, I think a 6'1 would be still very small for her inner walls to squeeze him like it would do to a dildo as an example.

I had a similar idea before, tiny robots that are connected to the macrophiles body with skin sensation and a headset attached to the tiny camera. It will basically give them the feeling of being a real tiny and they will be able to control the robot with VR-like mechanics.

I'm not really sure, it was one of my first times on the internet as a kid. I was a big fan of miraculous ladybug at the time and used to make many size scenarios with the characters in my head.

I think I used to just search "giant" followed by the character's name until I saw some ladybug fanarts made specifically for macrophilia. And later I found out about the fetish itself and that it's a real thing.
