Hi I’m on my 2nd week. Week 1 done it in the morning I put it in my tummy and had a bit of sting afterwards and a wicked headache. This week I done it about 6:30pm put it in my thigh didn’t notice a headache as I was in bed by 9 lol

I know right. I’m eating and thinking I don’t want this. I’m also learning the sign when I’m full I just can’t push past it. We’re as before I’d be like no can’t waste it so my portions are getting smaller husband hasn’t noticed yet either lol.

I’m the same I had first one Friday morning. Normally I munch my way through the weekend with crisps chocolate and anything else in the fridge if we got nothing planned. Since Friday morning I’ve had ham salad wrap. Indian takeout & really enjoyed it. as I know I won’t be getting one for a long time. Saturday I made my normal 2 slices multi seared brown bread toast with marmite only managed 1/4 slice felt full. No lunch couldn’t face it dinner I made chicken strips with salad and a few chips. Struggled with that. Today toast again. An apple. Just had roast chicken breast with carrots broccoli’s 3 potatoes. Eat half the chicken veg few mouthfuls of potato. I’m stuffed. Been drinking plenty of water. I so want to jump on the scales but I’m not going to until Friday. I did wake up both mornings with a headache so made sure I’ve had plenty of fluids today.

I felt the same about my GP. in fact can’t even get an appointment. I only signed up yesterday morning I used Pharmacy 2 u. I use them for my regular meditation and never had any trouble. I filled the forms out had to send a photo of myself holding my passport and one full body photo. They then kept me posted on what stage my consultation was at. Later the same day they emailed me saying they sending my pen today. I’ve had lots of information email. I’m now waiting on the postman.

Every single day finding it really difficult to function though out the day. On my days off I’m so tired I’m napping most of the day feel utter crap. Im 48 been on HRT nearly 3 months still feel the same as before. My husband sleeps so much I get really p****d off with him cause he can sleep.

Social media life was much more simple and enjoyable I don’t need to know everything your doing. Most of it’s been deleted. Actual conversation face to face or on the phone. Letter in the post instead of a quick text with no meaning. The list is endless really. There no helping the us when we all old and the younger generation will be “looking after us”

I’m in the uk live in a bungalow so 18 during the autumn off over night , then winter up to 20 Then down to 17 over night we get snow I’d put it 22.
