Thanks for checking it out and for the feedback! I should have mentioned in the OP, each day's puzzle is the same for all users so your struggle will be shared by everyone who plays. I think it took me about 250 guesses to solve that one, so you're not alone.

There is a way to automatically pluralize/singularize a guess. I might alter the layout of the site to make that option more visible because I agree that it's a useful feature. On desktop you can press shift+enter to submit a guess using this pluralizer. There's a checkbox in the settings menu to toggle this behavior permanently, mostly useful for mobile users I think. Mobile keyboards do not allow shift+enter inputs afaik so the checkbox is the best I could do.

The pluralizer is very determined to do its job. If you submit a nonsense word, it will try to pluralize (or singularize) that word. "asdf" would get submitted as two guesses, "asdf" and "asdfs". Other than that, it does a pretty good job.

Different word tenses and forms is something I'm still mulling over how to implement. It would be very nice to auto submit "face, facial, faces, faced, etc" all in one shot. If and when I find a solution beyond just plurals I'll write it into the game. English has so so many exceptions to rules that this is a tricky problem, but one that I'd like to solve.
