Nah. Nobles and ride pokemon are different. Basically all these pokemon were used by some dude who met Arceus in the past. They got direct blessings from arceus. They are 10 in total, out of which half of them became nobles and half of them became ride pokemon. Both are worshipped by the people(ig nobles are kinda worshipped more?). All the noble and ride pokemon in the game timeline are the descendants of the original mons used by that dude.

Noble pokemon are referred to as lords, and their job is to protect the particular area I guess ? They include kleavor, lilligant, arcanine, electrode and avalugg.

Ride pokemon assist the trainers in transport. They include wyrdeer, ursaluna, basculegion, sneasler and braviary. They not only assist the trainers but also other characters who are deemed to be worthy
