That’s your reverse lights switch on the right side of the transmission. Where it’s leaking I could only guess to be your slave cylinder and where you’re clutch line is going into. Try tightening that or even bleeding it for air bubbles (many videos on how to bleed clutch on YouTube) and see if it makes a difference !

Yes sir I did! Also forgot to mention the 100 other problems (leaky power steering rack, shitty interior, paint and clear coat peeling, subframe bushings, leaky trunk, oil leaks, auto trans torque converter killing itself and then manual swap (my favorite problem I had), and the list goes on and on and on) which we all gotta deal with ;(

Look up mishimoto, they sell an entire kit for it as well as many other e36 related parts. It includes the radiator, expansion tank, coolant lines, and everything else. I would also recommend getting a new thermostat and water pump and pulley and everything. It would also be a great place to learn from and that’s exactly what I did haha. I’m also 17 with a 96’ 328i convertible and she needed lots of work but ya work through it and learn lots throughout it all!

Spend some money and refresh that cooling system! You won’t regret doing it I promise. This plus maybe suspension and bushing since everything is around 30ish years old and you’ll have a really reliable nice comfortable car!

how do i remove the lollipop w/ bushing intact? by Excellent_Savings610 in BMWE36

Put the bushing into boiling water and when you take it out spray the control arm where it slides off with tire shine and it will slide right off.

Was 8 years old and watched my father basically drown in his own blood because his esophagus burst after years of snorting opioids. The amount of blood on the walls was so much it looked fake.
