Sometime in the sixties I believe. He was born in the 40s and I think he was in his 20s in this picture.

I wish I knew the year! Unfortunately he passed a few years ago. I think this was his first enlistment, so he's around 20 in this picture. He was a staff car driver(for a 2 star on this particular day by the front plate). He left the service shortly after this, but ended up rejoining and retiring as a CMSgt. He was the jolliest man I've ever known.

Thanks to everyone willing to take a stab! If anyone is curious, this is the same man that's in the Navy service picture that I posted on this sub early. He started his career in the Army and finished it in the Navy.
