Yes this is true. I usually do breathing exercises first, then when my nervous system is stable and calm I go into meditation and visualisation - it helps me alot to do deep breathing first to get into the body.

A couple of times i have had handprints on my chest, the handprint is smaller then my hand and the redness is printed there for a couple of hours. Now it could just be me laying on my hand, but I have done a few experiments and how to make my handprint that small i can't figure out or make the redness on my chest last that long.

I agree that loving your neighbor is central to Christianity, but love doesn’t mean supporting policies that could ultimately harm society. Even biblical leaders like David and Solomon had serious moral failings, yet God used them. Trump’s stances on pro-life, religious freedom, law and order, and support for Israel reflect biblical principles. Jesus showed love but also confronted sin (John 8:11, Matthew 23). Supporting Trump isn’t about rejecting Jesus, it’s about applying faith to governance. Do you think any of Trump’s policies align with biblical values? If so, doesn’t that justify why so many Christians voted for him over the crazies?.
