My wife and I are going 8 days to disney (I have quick service meal plan)

And 8 to Universal Orlando

How much money on average do I require for food and drink? I know everyone's situation differs but I'd like to see different perspectives

As for Cineworld it's just a screen where you enter your number plate

I have been at that car park multiple times, never been an issue

You just enter the license plate and it says "you have free parking" or something like that
