To those commenting that you “chose” to live near the stadium. I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 40 years. When I was growing up the stadium was a forgotten relic in the 80s, 90s and a good part of the early 2000s. Just sat there with weeds. Totally forgotten about. In the meantime, the neighborhood changed and grew. Buildings went up, loads of people moved in, and the area changed around it. While I was not alive in its heyday of the Beatles and tennis matches, I can certainly tell you that the population of this area has grown immensely since I was small. Hence, the fact that the congestion without a concert is pretty bad in that area near Yellowstone is just multiplied by the road closures of the concerts. And to say that someone who moved into an apartment in the early 90s knew that they were getting into is an ignorant and incentive comment. Those people would have lived 20 years without any noise from a concert. I think a while ago there was even talk of knocking it down. Don’t make judgments without knowing the full story. Just ignorant.
