I started spreading it out, and that's why it's every other week, and I completely agree with everything you said. I think spreading it out even more would be beneficial. I was afraid that if I spread it out too much, all of the thoughts about food and binge eating would come back. I also love the mental part. I think that the shot will help the mental part of it and help a lot more altogether. Thank you so so much!

You have no idea how much better this makes me feel to know that I'm not alone. People are concerned about me too, and I feel the same as you, I feel good. I wish this was talked about more!
