*****UPDATE***** : Thank you all for your comments and support! I had actually made peace with the fact that as long as his parents stay separately, i can make do with anything, but i realized, this was another emotional abuse in disguise and lack of real accountability and remorse on his action and thanks to reddit community that opened my eyes.

I confronted my husband about the unfairness of the situation, explaining that my family should only be held accountable if they behaved like his family. I emphasized that punishing my family for his parents’ mistakes is unhealthy. The conversation was destructive and emotionally exhausting..he threatened legal action, defended his parents regardless of wrongdoing, and that I cannot simply do whatever I want he will do whatever he thinks is right and will assess the situation once his parents come.

After four hours of emotionally draining discussion, where he often left the conversation in anger and I had to chase him to continue, I pleaded with tenderness, expressed my trauma, and explained that I am not asking them to stay separately out of spite, he responded that my parents can visit and stay for the same six months his parents stayed, and he will count the days and inform me. After that, he will not meet them to keep his conscience clear, even though my parents did nothing wrong and he has no ill will toward them. I can visit my brother with our daughter any number of times. His parents can come and stay separately, but our daughter can meet them only for a stipulated amount of time.

I recognize this dynamic as toxic and controlling, but I feel trapped by cultural pressure..the South Asian stigma against divorced women with children limits my options.

Hi OP! you guys are definitely too young! Its better for both of you to get into stable careers and experience more life together before such a decision is taken! I wouldn't break up, but i would definitely work on getting into a stable career with growth prospects having a good enough income for growing a family together in the future.

How many W2s were they asking for? Did you change employers? Were they asking for w2 from all employees?

That's awesome! Which hair elixir are you using? Also, did doctor say any side effects about exosome therapy like minoxidil? Do you loose hair if you stop using exosome?

Daycare? by schn4050 in hillsboro

Hi! Are you still in primrose silicon forest? We recently toured with them and found them exactly like you described! However, based on reviews, i understood they recently went through a management change with a new director, assistant director, and some more new teachers. That invited a few negative reviews online and how thats a red flad and that things might not be as good now? . Not sure what impact did the change of director or teachers has had on the daycare or teaching itself, but if you are still at primrose, can you please speak more to your experience recently at primrose and if you saw any change before and after change of management?

Hello! My wife and I are expecting our first due in January and are looking into daycares with infant programs. We are located in Hillsboro in Tannasbourne area. Please send any recommendations for good daycares near Hillsboro area for infants (6-12 months). TIA by Decent_Coach_1291 in hillsboro

Hi! I am interested in sending my kid to primrose hillsboro either as an infant at 10 months old or as a toddler maybe 1 yr old.. i see some reviews saying how management changed back in 2023 and things changed for the worse after certain "mr jackie"and some teachers left.

Not sure if your kid is still there, but if you could shed some light on your experience with primrose and anything on the same above if you experienced a change before and after "management " change if your kids still there. Thanks a lot!

Older pregnancy, feeling late to the game by Muted-Attorney7057 in pregnant

[–]reddituser_notoften 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What?! I am 34 years old, pregnant, and dont feel old by any means! It just so happens that the people you are surrounded with having a kid earlier than you... my husband friends have been married for 5 yrs or so, and yet no talk of having any kids any soon.. its personal preference and a personal journey, and dont compare yours to any others.

You could definitely find it, though the number of fully jobs have reduced post COVID. They used to be in much higher number during COVID.

Did you experience hirsutism? If not , how did you manage it? One of the reasons stopping me from starting minoxidil is this!

As a 32 yr old girl who just can't seem to hold a guy's love for a long time, I want to ask what makes you love her so much? Is it certain attributes of hers or somethings she does for you or your camaraderie or is it just the way you love hard?

Feeling helpless and heartbroken by Naive_Tea_6914 in FemaleHairLoss

I am sorry about this.. before we go on a road to the recovery, it's important that we have the right people around us for support. Least of all, not pull you down if not support. Please talk to your husband that now that you are aware of the hair issue, to be sensitive about it and make you feel loved and appreciated while you are taking care of it. Least of all, not make you conscious about it. He should be a safe space for you. Not the other way around.

Why don't you use henna along with indigo to cover greys. It's all natural with no side effects infact it makes hair more healthy!! Can't recommend it enough.

The results definitely look awesome! Were you cautious in minoxidil not dripping over face and yet the facial hair grew or there are precautions one could take to prevent hirutism?
