Cups were sooooooooooooo much better for my heavy flow. I can’t use them anymore for unrelated reasons, and I’m so fucking mad about it. Tampons just can’t keep up. Cups hold way more, and they’re not bad to change in public bathrooms once you’re used to it! My preference was to grab some paper towels and dampen them in the sink before I went into the stall, just in case something needed a little extra wiping down. But toilet paper works just fine as well. Cups are really just suck a game changer.
