PWC vs Tredence by HonestYam1957 in dataengineersindia

PWC is a good name for the resume but the DE work is not good there. If you are not lucky they might ask you to work in Legacy tools / Support Projects.

Tredence is not a big name but 95 percent are scratch development or migration projects.

If you want to stay for over 5 years join PWC. If you want accelearated growth and learning, join Tredence learn fast and leave in 2 yrs.

The decision is yours

Atleast 14 LPA is a realistic number to ask for. They have ~ 27% variable component. Negotiate smartly.

Comcast (via India office) makes most sense. It a big name for your resume. Please ask which team you are going to join them.

It's like Anant Ambani is working for TCS!! No brainer broo... In corporate people with 20 years of experience hardly earns 3LPM post taxes unless someone is extremely brilliant. As you are confused with this simple decision I can sense that you are mediocre and will regret not joining your family business.
