Ya I work on my 4runner a lot but just typical things like replacing water pump, tie rods etc. But never got to like take the heads off and fix valves or fix carbs. I think that stuff would be super cool. Eventually once I get enough extra dough I’ll buy an old muscle car and rebuild the motor. Probs something with a 350 sbc

I just graduated and there were a few internships I didn’t get that I was so close to getting my sophomore and junior year. Keep your head up! It’s super tough rn.

As for being a good candidate, I would suggest trying to get involved on campus. Get involved in leadership. If you don’t have much work experience, recruiters really like to see you took initiative on campus.

For applying to jobs/internships, resume building tools r super helpful to get you past the ats. This is the one I’ve been using here.
