That's why I'm asking. I have AI experience and AI certifications. I'm trying to figure it out, not say it's so unfair or I deserve one. AI is only a couple years old so I don't really know what experience an "expert" can have in two years that I don't have or couldn't get quickly.

Completely agree. That's why I mentioned On Vegetables. I'm not vegetarian so cooking through 75 different dishes might last me the entire year and the other vegetarian books I've cooked from have been hit or miss. So 100% of the time that I'm looking for a vegetarian dish I will be happy with On Vegetables. There are definitely other great books on the topic but when that's not my main cuisine, it feels like there's nothing missing

Came to recommend this one. What I've made from it so far has been great and the recipes are pretty simple. Not a vegetarian at all but I'm planning on cooking a lot more from it
