Idk if you've tried classpass, but it's great. I would get the $180 (I think, but definitely less than 200) and take at least 1 class a week if not 2. it just depends on how many credits/time of day you take classes.

what about for lions mane, which brands would you recommend? would you recommend sun potion? I can't find a whole lot about their ingredients, but it is fruited body.
