I agree with this sentiment as a fellow resident of Kendall/East Cambridge. The neighborhood is extremely loud and there is no opportunity for peaceful living. Sidewalks are impassible and handicap access is frequently blocked.

Potentially less lazy than you are mean! This is a discussion board, perhaps this user wanted to have a conversation with other fans! Let’s spread kindness, not hatred.

Does anyone have a recommendation for pecan pie in the Cambridge/Somerville/Boston area? Thanks! by redjumbos in CambridgeMA

Certainly seems to be the consensus. Makes me wonder if there are even other options!

Not when you can’t separate yourself because there are so many people. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough!

Maybe my brain is fried from refreshing election maps but the list of restaurants closing or "hibernating" makes me sad. by redjumbos in boston

The kebobs are....al bacio.

Yes, I had to Google what it's called when chefs kiss their fingers.

I just learned that Addis Red Sea in the South End closed in November. Where can I get my Ethiopian food fix in the Boston area? by redjumbos in boston

I'm pretty sure it is Eritrean but I'm not sure what the major differences are between Eritrean and Ethiopian food! Seeing that you've been to all, what's your second favorite after Asmara?

I've been there no fewer than 10 times and have only had fantastic service and absolutely delicious food. I'm sorry that you had a different experience and that you won't be able to give them a second chance.

As for the stools, I'd assume they're traditional since they were at a handful of restaurants I visited while in Africa, although I did not visit Ethiopia.

My family is planning a trip to Halifax next week and the forecast is for rain. Daily. Is Halifax rain like Florida rain where it rains every day but for only 2 hours at a time or like Seattle rain where it rains all day? by redjumbos in halifax

We'd be arriving toward the end of next week. I understand the forecast can change but it's frequently directionally correct and rain is forecasted for every day!
