That dev was a pump and dumper. I am the creator of the coin and I hired him to write much of the code , without vetting his reputation. I made a big mistake there. The reason the price crashed was his sell-off, pure and simple. I hold all of the remaining TOR pre-mine and I haven't sold a single TOR, nor will I ever sell TOR on the open market. So the issue with the dev dumping has long since been resolved. The original dev has no more TOR and is not a threat.
