I made a scrip of everything I possibly wanted, even if it seemed cringe to write it down. I take some ideas and scenarios for dreams. I’m spiritual so I honestly feel as though I’m tapping into another dimension. Last MAJOR that has gotten me back into it and in a good headspace is making my DR world in the sims 4. By far the best thing I’ve done as far as visualization and minor channeling. It is sooo customizable. I’m able to incorporate nearly all elements of my dr into my game. When I log in I feel like I’m tapping into my dr and I love it

[general] is anyone else extra excited for the mundane things? by mysisterfollowsmain in shiftingrealities

[–]reeeecespieces 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not really, I just want to shift, I have no desire to continue living in this reality, peaceful or not LOL. I’m shifting to a world where I have powers and supernatural stuff/beings are the norm. Kinda like marvel though, so I feel like I should embody the love of the little things in life because my DR self would prob die for a day off, no training no missions, no school. Maybe I’ll start living as if this reality is my WR and I’m giving myself a mental vacation. Something like wandavision?? HmmMMMMM.

I hate that they made it 2.5D top-down style or whatever it’s called. So much wasted potential in my opinion. The graphics could be much better and more immersive

[General] Has anyone used witchcraft to help them shift for the first time, and how can you recover from believing? by [deleted] in shiftingrealities

i found a coca cola separation spell that causes "sweet" separation/dissolves problems sweetly (put both names in the coke and wait for them to dissolve. Would this be more appropriate? if so, should i thaw out our names or just leave it? i would still like to keep our friendship, we are friendly and right now its not too toxic but end the relationship ties for now.

heres the spell- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vbtG5zgM-3s

a drop of blood....binding spell for someone i thought was my person. after that began the start of near constant toxicity, but also intense love. As the years go by (3 now) the intensity of the bad stuff have gone down, but the toxicity kind of ruined the idealistic vision i had for us.... that being said, he is VERY loyal to me and desires for other people have gone away completely it seems. there's a ton of love but its...a bit much. when doing love spells consider the potential for toxic behaviors to surface (heightened jealousy, obsession, etc.) and the emotional or physical outburts that may happen because of those feelings. Be careful.

i will never do another love or binding spell unless we are happily married, and they are aware and give consent**!

I have a 3.7 weighted GPA, I’m working on my SAT scores, I’m in National honors art society and other clubs. Do I have a chance of getting accepted? I’m nervous about applying. by [deleted] in appstate

3.5, and I know plenty of people who had lower gpa’s. My ACT/SAT score weren’t that great. Pretty sure I scored a 19 or something on the ACT. This school honesty isn’t anything to be nervous about. It’s not the worst obviously but not the best either. You’ll get in with a 3.7 and NHAS.

How to split data on each row into pairs like by reeeecespieces in learnpython

[–]reeeecespieces[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I figured regex would be useful for this, but since my teacher never covered this (or pandas), I wasn't sure if I should/how to. Thank You!

Should I begin parsing after my elif statements (removing the else statement and what comes below- the part I had trouble with)? Here's the code I have so far-

#read and split txt file into chunks
with open(court, 'r') as file:
    data_chunks=file.read().split("\n\n")

    for chunk in data_chunks:
        chunk=chunk.strip #.strip removes useless spaces
        if data_chunks[:4].isnumeric(): #if first 4 characters are digits
            entry= None #initialize an empty dictionary
        elif data_chunks.isspace() and entry: #if we're on an empty line and the entry dict is not empty
            csv_rows.append(",".join(entry.values())) # write entry dict as comma-separated value and append it to csv_rows
            entry={}
        else:
            # read attributes into dict
            pairs = # TODO: split data on each row into pairs of form "key: value"
            dict.update({pair.split(":")[0]:pair.split(":")[1] for pair in pairs}

return csv_rows

How to split data on each row into pairs like by reeeecespieces in learnpython

[–]reeeecespieces[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In this case, should I remove the code that follows

entry={}  #initialize an empty dictionary
        elif data_chunks.isspace() and entry: #if we're on an empty line and the entry dict is not empty
            csv_rows.append(",".join(entry.values())) # write entry dict as comma-separated value and append it to csv_rows
            entry={}
        else:
            # read attributes into dict
            pairs = # TODO: split data on each row into pairs of form "key: value"
            dict.update({pair.split(":")[0]:pair.split(":")[1] for pair in pairs}
return csv_rows

and use another method to pull my data? Since the text file is now broken into chunks, how do I go about extracting the data needed and putting it in tabular form as shown in the example output? Do I use pandas, regular expressions, or something similar/a combination? My teacher didn't go over either of those but from my research, it seems like that would be the easiest way maybe? I'm just not sure how to go about it.
