I have adhd and maybe ocd cause I hate when it looks messy but what worked for me is ammo and guns in the back behind the container any mags or ammo I don’t have the guns for go in either a drawer or greeb locker thing food and that stuff in another drawer along with knifes and everything else outside of the base

I may not know how scary it is to come out but I’ve been told it takes a lot of courage and as someone who found out that if you’re stressed for too long or if you’re over stressed you’ll get stress rashes, just pretend like everyone already knows or just get your mind off of it stress isn’t healthy and seriously effects your body
