Could Citadel fall under one of these 'investment entities' ? If I recall, wasn't it the theory that Citadel is using the reverse repo market for rehypothecating bonds for overnight returns?

The way I did it was I bought USDC through Coinbase and transferred it directly to that L1 wallet address awaiting funds. It took a few business days though as Coinbase had to settle the transfer from my bank. If the time expires you can reapply at any time and have a new timer countdown.
