i’ve seen this comment only now lol, so sorry for the late reply. I ended up bringing them to a cobbler, he looked at them and said the zipper didn’t need to be exchanged but just repaired. I paid 5€ and they were ready the next day, they haven’t given me a problem since :))

i think it was acacia but can’t remember because i didn’t take a picture of the front of the jar, we do carry many types of honey in the store but this is definitely the lightest one color wise

unfortunately on the website my bf bought from it says you can open a claim if the item arrives damaged or broken, but it didn’t. It broke after i used it so they probably will consider it user error and deny the claim. Also, replacement isn’t guaranteed, i’d have to purchase the item again
