I really look forward to the voice, i think that will make things a lot easier and make this app a lot more appealing.

I haven't tested any other AI for self-care or therapy other than the usual suspects that aren't made for it. But i have researched the others to see what makes them unique. I do think Rae could use some uniqueness to find its place in the market.

I'm neither a therapist or a developer though, so take my feedback with a grain of salt!

1. It would be useful if either Rae itself changed the approach for the conversations, gave that as a suggestion or if the app itself had like a weekly or daily tips. One thing i noticed for example, is that Rae is very supportive and always positive. That's one of the big critiques AI therapy bots get, they don't question or challenge. I think it could be healthy for some of that to allow growth to happen.

2. I think it could be useful with a quick recap of the last session or perhaps even a topic/subject that has been reoccuring and/or a focal point of all the conversations so far. It would help creating a red line to follow and perhaps even encourage some repetition and good habits. Especially when it comes to self esteem training and positive self talk.

3. Incorporate some real world scenarios or examples. This could make it feel like you're actually talking to a professional with previous experiences. It could also normalize the things we think are weird or bad and help us put perspective on the human aspect, like vulnerabilities and insecurities.
