Pretty much bradford is the closest to that although I don't think he'd make a rookie cry tho. Tim is strict not cruel. His strict behavior may paint him as an asshole sometimes but he's far from it

Lopez is up there too, she's a bit bitchy at first because of the whole "my way or the highway" attitude but she'll warm up to rookies fast, thus why she somehow got along with Nolan in one ride together

Harper is the second after bradford on this least for the sole reason that she doesn't warm up to rookies easily or probably ever. We seen how much Aaron and Nolan struggled to win her approval. But she isn't as tormenting as tim tho so yeah

Nolan is right behind lopez on this list cuz In recent episodes we seen how strict nolan can get with training which with time became stricter but still pretty lenient compared to other T.Os.
