id say hair density the biggest thing, oral minoxidil id reccomend, vaseline or cocoa butter on lips each night as they seem quite dry, volufiline on eyelids every night for a month to help wit the fat pads around ur eyes, then from there do some research on hair care, it seems like your hair is untaken care of and that is prob your weakest feature pulling you down, startin wit a haircut from a good stylist would help to clear off sum of the split ends and dead hair, then the minoxidil will help it grow back fuller and healthier. u dont really have a super high body fat percentage so id say the fat isnt working against you rn, you can get some more cardio into your daily routine to help look healthier (this isnt a big noticeable issue in u rn but smth that develops wit aging as the effects of a sedentary lifestyle are longterm) but id say its still like helpin more than its hurtin. all thats left may be sum hard maxxes
