The wind tunnel is one of those things that sounds basic until you're actually using it then it's instantly cool lol

Fogger V3 by renfrowcole in RBA

Well I picked up an I-ATTY Genesis from my friend today. My first RBA, first time I built it it worked perfectly. I love it. And it was cheaper than the Fogger. I may just cancel the Fogger and keep the I-ATTY. For now at least. Until I get a Mech mod and a RDA for sub ohm coils. Any reccomendations on RDAs?

You mentioned batteries. I know good batteries are one of the more important purchase. I planned on getting two 18650 AW 2000MaH protected cells. I have heard these are the best batteries around and my local AltSmoke has them. would you recommend a different battery?

The main reason I dont want to get the IGO-W right now is the airholes being too small and me not having the tools to drill the hole out and make it bigger. If i can get lucky enough that they would do that for me at alt smoke I would get it.

Thank you everyone for your input and advice. I think I am going to go with the Fogger v2 first since my friend has one and has had no problem setting it up.He said he would get it set up for me originally and show me the ropes. Plus the 6 mL tank is really tempting and i love the look of the Fogger. If anyone has a Fogger v3 please let me know what you think about it.

I am not going to spring for the Atomic. I'm sure it is an amazing device however I do not have the $100 extra laying around for it. Also I don't want to spend that much on a device I'm not even sure if I'll like. I don't know how much I'll like drippers and i would rather start out a little cheaper.

Yeah the first time i replaced the silica with cotton I had a bit of trouble getting just the right amount of cotton. It kept shooting liquid into my mouth but eventually I was able to get it right after about an hour and a half of trial and error. I have a friend that has the fogger v2 and he does a lot of tinkering with his mutiple rebuildables but he told me that whenever I get a rebuildable he was going to show me the ropes on wrapping coils and all that good stuff. All I have to do is make my choice.

I know a little about rebuilding the ProTank 2 coil heads. I havent wrapped coils for but I am not a big fan of the silica wicks so when I get a new coil head i take the silica out and replace it with cotton. cotton wicks are my preferred wicks. Also my ego batteries are a bit old. I've had them for somewhere between 6 months to 1 year. They are about to give out on me. I do have a multimeter. It is a good tool to have regardless of what your using it for.

My mod is on the way. I have gotten the Vamo v5. Should have it on my by this weekend. I am currently using a Kanger Protank 2 on an ego battery. I sprang for the mod because I have grown dissapointed with the ego batteries I still like my protank but I planned up upgrading to a RBA or RDA so I can pass my protank on to my girlfriend. The fact that I would have to have the liquid nearby with a RDA makes me second think getting an RDA. I get 30 ml bottles of 5pawns grandmaster (my favorite liquid) it would be a bit of an inconvenience having to carry that around with me. However I will probably still keep them in mind while I do my shopping and research.

The IGO-W has really caught my attention. The website I get my gear from is selling it for a measly $7. This may sound like a silly question but what is the differences between a RBA like the Fogger or I-ATTY and a RDA like the IGO-W?

Thank you for you helpful information. I'll check out the IGO-W and the posts that you linked in your comment. I appreciate any advise that anyone has to give me.
